Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a Senior SAP Finance Business Analyst to lead architecture, setup, configuration, testing and support of SAP FI/CO in a packaging and distribution environment. You will translate business requirements into efficient financial solutions and collaborate with ERP teams.

You will ensure integration with MM, SD and WM, mentor junior staff, conduct user training and participate in full lifecycle SAP projects, upgrades and enhancements. S/4HANA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
• SAP FI/CO certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO, including 2-3 full lifecycle implementations in packaging and distribution.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles for packaging and distribution businesses.
• Experience with S/4HANA a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP FI/CO solutions tailored to the packaging and distribution industry.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to understand business needs and identify areas for improvement in financial processes.
• Gather and analyze detailed requirements for SAP FI/CO modules, ensuring alignment with industry-specific needs and best practices.
• Design and configure solutions in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Acctg, and Profit Center Acctg.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and workflows specific to packaging and distribution operations.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration between FI/CO and other modules like MM, SD, and WM.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on SAP FI/CO best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation for end-users.
• Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Stay current with the latest SAP FI/CO updates and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
