Job summary
Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to serve as a primary functional resource for SAP Finance solutions. You will partner with Finance and business stakeholders to design, implement and optimize FI/CO, PS, and RAR processes, supporting production and month-/quarter-end activities.
You will translate business requirements into SAP configurations, provide production support, and drive continuous improvement across global teams.
Qualifications
- Functional expert for SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Fiori apps
- Experience supporting SAP PS, including project planning and budgeting
- Experience with Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across Finance and IT teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as functional lead for SAP Finance, Controlling, PS, and RAR
- Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions
- Provide day-to-day production support and root cause analysis
- Lead or support requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment
- Support month-end/quarter-end/year-end close processes and critical issues
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external service providers
- Coordinate config, development, testing, and deployment activities across teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
