Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to serve as a functional resource for SAP Finance solutions. You will partner with Finance and stakeholders to support, enhance, and optimize core financial processes across FI/CO, PS, and RAR.

You will lead production support, requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment, ensuring compliant, scalable finance solutions aligned with Hubbell objectives.

Qualifications

• Deep functional expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP Fiori apps.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PS, including project planning and budgeting.
• Experience with Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), ASC 606 or IFRS 15.
• Understanding of SAP integrations with MM, SD, PP, PS, and banking interfaces.
• Experience leading or supporting enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a functional lead for SAP Finance/CO, PS, and RAR solutions.
• Partner with Finance to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution for SAP processes.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities and resolve close issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external service providers.
• Coordinate configuration, development, integration, testing, and deployment tasks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and UX enhancements.
• Contribute to SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement.
