Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Sr SAP FICO Solutions Architect to design, configure, and support SAP Finance solutions within a start-up style environment. This role requires deep FI/CO expertise and hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience to enable scalable satellite manufacturing and ground gateway operations.

The candidate will lead blueprint workshops, drive best practices, manage changes, and collaborate across Finance, Tax, and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 6+ years implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with strong S/4HANA experience.
• 3+ years analyzing, specifying, testing, and deploying SAP Finance solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI modules (Finance, Controlling, Asset management).
• 6+ years delivering end-to-end SAP design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build SAP Finance-based product vision and solutions.
• Conduct blueprint workshops, fit-gap analyses, and create detailed design docs.
• Identify change management needs and lead training sessions.
• Participate in strategic SAP finance roadmap planning and quarterly planning.
• Manage project and sprint planning, deployment of product features.
• Define metrics and data-driven insights for product improvement.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA FICO and integrate with PP, MM, PS, SD and others.
• Support SAP production system and cross-workstream processes.
