Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP EWM within its Technology Consulting SAP practice. Lead large transformation programs, define future warehouse strategy, oversee design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support for clients.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets and risks, and drive business development in supply chain and logistics programs across EY’s client base.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) required.
Typically, no less than 9 years’ relevant professional experience including SAP consulting and delivery.
At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
Experience leading large SAP programs or multiple concurrent client engagements.
Strong written and verbal communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading business process design and solution architecture discussions.
Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Direct large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs with senior client stakeholders.
Coach and mentor consulting teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Contribute to business development, pursuits, and thought leadership in SAP.
