EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP EWM to lead large-scale transformation programs, guiding senior client stakeholders through strategy, design and implementation across warehouse and logistics. This role sits within EY’s SAP practice and leverages capabilities in Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, and SuccessFactors to drive value.

You will lead end‑to‑end SAP EWM engagements, from strategy through deployment, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and mentor junior consultants.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically, no less than 9 years’ relevant professional experience, including significant SAP consulting and delivery experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs, major workstreams, or multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%.

• Serving as a trusted advisor to executive and senior client stakeholders on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Managing engagement delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, budget oversight, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Facilitating executive-level discussions, solution design workshops, and business process transformation sessions.
• Defining SAP EWM solution strategy, architecture, and roadmap recommendations to support client business goals.
• Overseeing end-to-end implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Reviewing and guiding the design of custom RICEF objects and functional specifications to address complex business requirements.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing consulting teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Contributing to business development activities, including client pursuits, proposals, RFP responses and thought leadership across the SAP Supply Chain practice.
