Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP EWM to lead large-scale transformation programs across warehouse and logistics operations. You will guide assessment, design, and delivery, manage complex engagements, and collaborate with executives to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• No less than 9 years’ relevant professional experience including significant SAP consulting and delivery experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs, major workstreams, or multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams, mentoring consultants, and delivering projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel; travel is estimated at 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs and complex workstreams, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformation.
• Manage engagement delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, budget oversight, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions, solution design workshops, and business process transformation sessions.
• Define SAP EWM solution strategy, architecture, and roadmap recommendations.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation activities including design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Review and guide the design of custom RICEF objects and functional specifications.
• Coach and develop consulting teams while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership within SAP Supply Chain.
