Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP EWM within our Technology Consulting practice in the US. You will lead large SAP EWM transformation programs, guide solution design, oversee delivery teams, and expand EY’s client relationships in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformations.

You will mentor consulting teams, participate in business development, and travel up to 80% to meet client needs across multiple US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically, no less than 9 years of relevant professional experience, including significant SAP consulting and delivery experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs, major workstreams, or multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading business process design, solution architecture discussions, and technology transformation initiatives.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Leading large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs and complex workstreams, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client business objectives.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to executive and senior client stakeholders on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Managing engagement delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, budget oversight, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Facilitating executive-level discussions, solution design workshops, and business process transformation sessions.
• Defining SAP EWM solution strategy, architecture, and roadmap recommendations to support client business goals.
• Overseeing end-to-end implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Reviewing and guiding the design of custom RICEF objects and functional specifications to address complex business requirements.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing consulting teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Contributing to business development activities, including client pursuits, proposals, RFP responses and thought leadership across the SAP Supply Chain practice.
