EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP EWM transformation within its Technology Consulting practice in the US. You will lead large-scale SAP EWM programs, shaping future warehouse strategies, guiding solution design, and overseeing delivery teams to drive client value across complex engagements.

The role requires significant SAP EWM experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage executive stakeholders while traveling ~80% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 9+ years of relevant professional experience including SAP consulting and delivery.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs or multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80%.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
• Oversee program and project management; ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead SAP EWM transformation programs and workstreams.
• Advise executives on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain initiatives.
• Define SAP EWM strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation activities: design, config, integration, testing, deployment, post-go-live.
• Mentor consulting teams and contribute to business development.
