Job summary

EY’s SAP practice seeks a Senior Technology Analyst to bridge business needs and SAP EWM solutions. You will work with clients and teams to gather requirements, design architecture, and configure SAP EWM and related modules.

You’ll travel 40-60% to client sites, contribute to Explore phase workshops, develop functional specs, testing, training materials, and provide hypercare support as deployments go live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-4 years SAP EWM experience including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation.
• Hands-on SAP EWM configuration including inbound, outbound, inventory management, physical inventory, and warehouse execution.
• Experience designing RICEF and documenting functional specs.
• Strong technical skills in application functional design.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional designs and SAP solutions.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics business processes in distribution, retail, manufacturing, or consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes.
• Analyzing newly implemented SAP solutions to verify they meet requirements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Participating in Explore phase design workshops.
• Performing configuration of SAP EWM and related SAP modules.
• Designing custom RICEF solutions and documenting functional specifications.
• Performing testing of solutions.
• Supporting development and delivery of training materials.
• Providing on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users.
• Establishing relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
