Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst for its SAP practice to bridge business needs with technical SAP EWM solutions. You will gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, and document functional designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams on system architecture and deployment.

The role involves hands-on SAP EWM configuration, RICEF development, and client-facing delivery with travel up to 60% as projects require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years SAP EWM experience including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation project.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP EWM: inbound, outbound, inventory, physical inventory, warehouse execution.
• Experience designing custom enhancements, interfaces, reports, conversions, forms and workflows (RICEF).
• Strong technical skills in application functional design.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional designs and SAP solutions.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes in distribution, retail, manufacturing, or consumer products.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze business models and processes to evaluate alignment with SAP capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Participate in Explore phase design workshops.
• Configure SAP EWM and related modules.
• Design and document RICEF solutions and functional specifications.
• Test solutions and support training materials.
• Provide on-site hypercare support to warehouse users.
• Build relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
