Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst within its SAP practice to help clients transform warehouse operations using SAP EWM. You will gather requirements, design architecture, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

You’ll engage with stakeholders, travel 40-60% to meet client needs, and participate in explore phase workshops, testing, and user training as part of delivering value in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years SAP EWM experience incl. design, config, testing, deployment.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation.
• Hands-on SAP EWM config for inbound, outbound, inventory, physical inventory, warehouse execution.
• Experience drafting enhancements, interfaces, reports, conversions, forms, workflows (RICEF) and functional specs.
• Strong technical skills in application functional design.
• Translating business needs into functional SAP designs.
• Understanding warehouse and logistics processes in distribution/manufacturing/CP environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs (40–60%).
• Familiarity with Explore phase workshops and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to evaluate models and processes.
• Analyze new SAP EWM solutions to verify requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design system architectures.
• Participate in Explore phase design workshops.
• Configure SAP EWM and related SAP modules.
• Design RICEF solutions and document functional specs.
• Test SAP solutions.
• Support training material development and delivery.
• Provide on-site hypercare support to warehouse users.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
