Job summary

EY is looking for a Senior Technology Analyst to bridge business needs and SAP EWM technical solutions. You will gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, and deliver functional designs, coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Travel 40-60% to meet client needs and ensure successful delivery. You will work within EY’s SAP practice, contributing to warehouse logistics transformations and providing training materials and hypercare support post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years SAP EWM experience including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation.
• Hands-on configuring SAP EWM: inbound, outbound, inventory management, warehouse execution.
• Experience designing RICEF and documenting functional specifications.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes.
• Analyze implemented SAP solutions to verify they meet requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architectures.
• Participate in Explore phase design workshops.
• Configure SAP EWM and related SAP modules.
• Design custom enhancements, interfaces, reports, conversions, forms, and workflows (RICEF).
• Perform testing of solutions and support training materials.
• Provide on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users.
• Build relationships with client personnel and manage risks.
