Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst in the SAP EWM space to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will gather requirements, architect and configure SAP EWM, and collaborate with client teams to deliver robust system architectures.

The role involves travel (40–60%), interacting with stakeholders, and supporting end-to-end delivery from design through hypercare in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 2–4 years of SAP EWM experience including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Experience participating in at least one full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation project.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP EWM with core warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, physical inventory, warehouse execution).
• Experience designing custom enhancements, interfaces, reports, conversions, forms, and workflows (RICEF) and documenting functional specifications.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and SAP solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Participate in Explore phase design workshops.
• Configure SAP EWM and related SAP modules.
• Design and document functional specifications for RICEF, and perform testing.
• Support training material development and on-site hypercare for warehouse users.
• Maintain strong client relationships and monitor progress, risks and outcomes.
