Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Technical Project Manager to own integrated delivery for the Cardiology Sales Operations & Reporting workstream within the Magellan SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will connect business and technology teams to translate complex requirements into executable plans and drive deployment readiness.

The role requires collaboration across Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Customer-to-Cash, Finance and IT in a matrixed environment, with strong SAP fluency and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in technical project or program management or related transformation.
• Experience with SAP or comparable enterprise platforms and deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated workstream plan with scope, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Translate business objectives into executable delivery plans and decisions.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and design alignment across teams.
• Govern risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls with clear options and recommendations.
• Drive cross‑workstream dependencies across sales structures, master data, and reporting.
• Oversee business testing governance, including strategies, scripts, data, and sign‑off.
• Define deployment-readiness criteria across process, data, reporting, training, and support.
• Align stakeholders and provide concise executive updates on progress and risks.
