Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to define scope, goals, and success criteria for ERP initiatives and to lead seamless SAP implementations. You will coordinate with mid- and senior-level client stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure quality through governance and strategic planning.

The role requires cross-functional leadership across SAP modules, adept risk management, and a focus on delivering client-aligned projects with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Establish project governance, steering committee structure, and reporting cadence.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate).
• Provide solution guidance on planning processes, KPIs, and best practices.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.
• Manage client expectations and provide executive-level communications.
• Lead SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams (SD, MM, FICO, PP, EWM, WM, Basis, Security, etc.).
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Manage delivery bottlenecks and ensure appropriate contingency planning.
• Oversee testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover readiness.
• Monitor quality metrics and project health indicators.
• Ensure user training, adoption, and readiness plans are executed.
• Support business transition and hypercare activities.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries.
• Present progress updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Drive decision-making through data-driven project insights.
