Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior SAP Energy, Utilities & Technology Delivery & Solutioning Architect (GTM) to shape, sell, and deliver large-scale SAP-enabled transformations across energy and utilities. You will lead strategy, architecture, and pre-sales, aligning executive stakeholders and driving measurable business outcomes.

The role requires deep SAP expertise, industry knowledge, and AI-enabled transformation capabilities to grow Capgemini's Go-to-Market offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 15+ years of SAP experience across consulting, architecture, and leadership.
• Deep Energy and Utilities industry expertise across asset-intensive environments.
• Proven leadership of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations and GTM engagements exceeding $25M-$50M+ TCV.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across energy, utilities, oil & gas, renewable energy, and technology clients.
• Drive solution strategy, architecture, and roadmap development for SAP S/4HANA and related transformations.
• Drive strategic pursuits, RFP responses, client workshops, and executive presentations.
• Partner with sales, account, industry, and delivery teams to develop GTM offerings and accelerators.
• Architect scalable, future-ready SAP solutions leveraging S/4HANA, BTP, Business AI, and related capabilities.
• Guide clients through ERP modernization, asset and field operations transformation, and supply chain optimization.
• Lead enterprise architecture discussions, operating model transformation, and value realization strategies.
• Advise clients on AI capabilities and agentic AI in business process transformation.
• Help clients connect SAP investments to measurable improvements in asset performance and resilience.
• Support Energy and Utilities clients as they modernize complex asset-intensive operations.
