Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead design and delivery of innovative solutions for Energy and Utilities clients. You will align the enterprise architecture vision with business goals and collaborate with leaders, solution architects, project managers, and developers.

The role requires strong leadership and a background in SAP Utilities, ServiceNow, Data and AI/ML initiatives, with TOGAF or Zachman knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP Utilities experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Energy and Utilities sector, with exposure to distribution, transmission, substation, and gas domains.
• Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise architecture solutions for large and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SAP, ServiceNow, Data, AI/ML initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Certification in TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture principles, standards, policies, and best practices for the Energy and Utilities sector.
• Analyze the current state and future state of the enterprise architecture and identify the gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and communicate the enterprise architecture roadmap and transition plan to achieve the desired business outcomes and capabilities.
• Provide guidance and direction to the solution architects and project teams on the design and implementation of the enterprise architecture solutions.
• Review and approve the solution architecture deliverables and ensure the compliance with the enterprise architecture framework and governance.
• Evaluate and recommend the appropriate technologies, tools, and methodologies to support the enterprise architecture solutions.
• Facilitate the collaboration and coordination among the enterprise architecture stakeholders and communities of practice.
• Monitor and assess the performance and impact of the enterprise architecture solutions and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
