Capgemini is seeking an SAP Energy, Utilities & Technology Delivery & Solutioning Architect (GTM) to shape, sell, architect, and deliver large SAP-enabled transformations for energy and utilities clients. You will drive strategy, pre-sales, and executive engagements across global regions.

This senior role combines deep SAP expertise with industry knowledge to deliver measurable outcomes, partner with sales and delivery teams, and advance AI-enabled transformations across asset-intensive

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 15+ years of SAP experience across consulting, enterprise/solution architecture, business transformation, and program leadership.
• Deep Energy and Utilities industry expertise, including electric, gas, water, oil & gas, renewable energy, and/or other asset-intensive environments.
• Strong understanding of energy and utility business processes, including asset lifecycle management, maintenance, field operations, procurement, supply chain, customer operations, finance, and enterprise performance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations, enterprise modernization programs, and complex pursuits exceeding $25M-$50M+ TCV.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Business AI, Business Data Cloud, EAM, Supply Chain, Integration Suite, Signavio, and relevant Industry Cloud solutions.
• SAP/Enterprise Architecture certifications and global consulting experience preferred.

• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations and enterprise modernization programs.
• Sharpen solution strategy, architecture, and roadmap development for SAP S/4HANA.
• Drive strategic pursuits, RFP responses, client workshops, and executive presentations.
• Develop differentiated GTM offerings and industry accelerators with cross-functional teams.
• Architect scalable, future-ready SAP-enabled solutions across ERP, asset management, and supply chain.
• Guide clients through ERP modernization and AI-enabled business initiatives.
• Lead enterprise architecture discussions and value realization strategies.
• Advise on AI capabilities and data platforms to transform operating models and performance.
• Build executive relationships and mentor global teams.
