Capgemini is seeking an SAP CPRS Delivery & Solutioning Architect (GTM) to lead large-scale SAP-enabled transformations across CPRS industries. The role blends deep SAP expertise with industry insight to shape, sell, architect, and deliver enterprise programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will influence executive stakeholders, develop compelling value propositions, and craft differentiated go-to-market offerings while leveraging SAP innovations including S/4HANA, BTP, and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years SAP-related experience across consulting, enterprise architecture, and program leadership.
• Deep SAP CPRS industry knowledge across consumer goods, retail, wholesale, and services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted SAP CPRS industry expert, leading large-scale transformations.
• Lead strategy, architecture, and roadmap for SAP S/4HANA and related programs.
• Drive RFP responses, client workshops, and executive presentations translating business objectives into solutions.
• Partner with sales, account and delivery teams to develop go-to-market offerings and accelerators.
• Architect scalable solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, and Industry Cloud.
• Guide ERP modernization, supply chain transformation, and AI-enabled business initiatives.
• Lead enterprise architecture discussions, operating model transformation, and value realization.
• Advise on AI adoption and agentic AI capabilities in business processes.
• Provide leadership through program lifecycle ensuring delivery excellence and client value.
• Champion reusable assets and industry-specific offerings; maintain executive relationships.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to grow capability and drive sales enablement.
