Job summary

Cintas Corporation is hiring an SAP Analyst - Level 3 - EDI to support SAP and non‑SAP EDI environments in Mason, OH. The role leads requirements gathering, solution design, testing strategies, and complex EDI configurations, collaborating with business partners to optimize processes and manage end‑to‑end delivery.

Jointly with IT teams, you will troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and ensure alignment with architectural standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP EDI customer and vendor support.
• Minimum 3 years of experience defining and leading functional and integration testing strategies.
• Minimum 3 years of process improvement experience for operational support systems.
• Experience communicating detailed technical and functional specifications.
• Experience with EDI documents 850, 855, 856 and 810.
• Experience with SAP IDoc processing and ALE configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for SAP and non‑SAP EDI integrations.
• Collaborate with business partners to analyze processes and optimize solutions.
• Evaluate options considering risk, cost/benefit, and business impact.
• Design and implement complex SAP EDI configurations with full lifecycle delivery.
• Define and lead end‑to‑end integration testing strategies.
• Support major/minor releases, including deployment and post‑release validation.
• Troubleshoot complex EDI incidents and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Ensure solutions align with IT strategy and standards.
