Qualifications

• Must have hands-on EDI operations experience and ensure reliable processing and high availability.
• Ability to monitor EDI and IDoc activity, identify failed or delayed documents, and drive resolution in SAP.
• Lead onboarding of new trading partners and coordinate testing, validation, and cutover with internal/external teams.
• Maintain adherence to ANSI X12 standards and partner specifications across all transaction flows.
• Develop reporting on EDI volumes, error rates, and service levels for decision making.
• Strong collaboration with Commercial, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day EDI operations across SAP ECC and EDI environment; ensure reliability and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor EDI/IDoc activity; reprocess and correct documents in SAP when needed.
• Serve as primary contact for VAN environment; manage requests, escalations, and performance follow-up.
• Perform mapping validation; coordinate testing/deployments with IT and external resources.
• Ensure compliance with EDI standards (ANSI X12) and partner specs across transactions.
• Maintain EDI workflows, runbooks, and documentation; create reports on volumes and SLAs.
• Resolve transaction exceptions (orders, ASNs, invoices, warehousing, procurement); perform root-cause analysis.
