Cintas is seeking an SAP Functional Analyst-Level 3-Service Management to implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Service Management. The role focuses on optimizing service order management, contracts, and billing while ensuring seamless integration with finance, logistics, and FSM.

You will design end-to-end service processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and coordinate with ABAP and CPI/FSR teams for integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign educational equivalence or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S/4 Service.
Strong configuration across Service Quotations, Orders, and Confirmations including SLA profiles and pricing.
Hands-on configuration of Service Contracts, SLA definitions, and end-to-end pricing.
Experience with Service Master Data and organizational structures for service parts.
Advanced configuration for Actions, Text, Partner, Date Determination Profiles.
Fiori-first S/4HANA Service landscapes and access controls.
Cross-module integration (SD, MM, FI/CO, PTP, RTR, ECM, FSM, SSAM) and SAP CPI integration.

Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Service Management.
Design end-to-end service processes: contracts, orders, quotations, confirmations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
Create specs and coordinate with ABAP and CPI/FSR teams for integrations.
Support data migration and master data setup for service assets and partners.
Execute configuration, testing (unit/integration/UAT), and deployment.
Prepare documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer materials.
Support system upgrades and S/4HANA transformations.
