Job summary

Citterio USA is seeking an SAP EDI Specialist to own day-to-day EDI operations across SAP ECC, ensuring reliable processing and timely issue resolution. You will monitor IDoc activity, coordinate with the VAN provider, and validate mappings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12) and transaction sets across ordering, shipping, invoicing, warehousing, and procurement.
• Experience with SAP ECC integration concepts including IDoc monitoring, error analysis, and reprocessing.
• Experience leading VAN provider relationships and end-to-end trading partner onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day EDI operations across SAP ECC and EDI environment with reliable processing and issue resolution.
• Monitor EDI/IDoc activity; drive resolution for failed or delayed documents, reprocessing where needed.
• Lead onboarding of trading partners and manage testing, validation, and cutover activities.
