EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP DMC engagements, translate business requirements into technical designs, and manage large client programs.

You will drive delivery, risk management, and team leadership across onshore/offshore resources, with a hybrid work model and a focus on delivering measurable manufacturing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant SAP experience with DMC.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience leading SAP projects or work streams, including onshore and offshore teams.
• Knowledge of SAP PP and Digital Manufacturing Cloud capabilities.
• Ability to travel 40–60% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships for DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program and project management, ensuring delivery within budgets.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Guide large SAP client engagements with a DMC focus.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and stay updated on industry trends.
