Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology with deep SAP DMC expertise to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver scalable SAP solutions for manufacturing clients. You will work across strategy, processes, and technology to improve cost, efficiency and quality across client engagements.

You will lead large SAP DMC initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful outcomes while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes in a hybrid, client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years SAP Production Planning experience in DMC.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and technical writing.
• Proven SAP project management experience (onsite/offshore).
• Experience with manufacturing and supply chain best practices in DMC.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships for DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements or work streams focused on DMC.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities in DMC and stay current on industry trends.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and manage risks and outcomes.
• Build client relationships at all levels to foster collaboration.
• Lead and mentor diverse teams and provide feedback.
