Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) engagements, translating business needs into technical designs and guiding architecture delivery. You will manage complex DMC programs, balance risk and quality, and drive client value across strategy, processes, and technology implementations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop budgets, and mentor diverse staff while advancing EY’s DMC capabilities and market impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning (PP) within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with onshore and offshore teams.
• Proficiency in supply chain best practices in DMC.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Experience in technology cost-benefit analyses.
• Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks.
• Skills in training design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily, focusing on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management, ensuring engagement economics are met while delivering DMC solutions.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements, particularly those involving DMC.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams with a focus on DMC.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities within DMC and maintain strong business acumen.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines in DMC.
