Job summary

Groundswell, a premier technology integrator, seeks a senior SAP leader with deep experience across EWM, FI, TM, MM. You will guide architecture, lead SAP development, mentor teams, and ensure delivery against plans while maintaining security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities include establishing SDLC standards, reviewing designs, driving agile and DevOps practices, and coordinating with customers to achieve product objectives.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required and active security clearance or clearable.
• 15+ years in SAP application development with leadership progression.
• 7+ years direct SAP project experience across multiple modules.
• 2 full SAP lifecycle implementations completed.
• 3+ years of Agile development experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish development standards and enforce SDLC practices.
• Guide technical designs and improve performance and sustainability.
• Oversee SAP solution design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Provide technical direction to SAP teams and mentor staff.
• Drive Agile and DevOps practices across projects.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects to build scalable architectures.
• Participate in customer collaboration and project reviews.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
