Groundswell seeks an experienced SAP development leader to drive design, development, integration, and governance for federal SAP solutions. You will mentor a team of SAP developers, review designs, and ensure robust, scalable SAP architectures across modules such as EWM, FI, TM, and MM.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, SDLC governance, agile delivery, and collaboration with solution architects to meet customer objectives. U.S. citizenship and active clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in SAP application development with progression to leadership.
• 7+ years hands-on SAP project experience across modules (EWM, FI, TM, MM).
• Minimum 2 full SAP life cycle implementations.
• 3+ years of Agile development process.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establish SDLC standards and ensure adherence via code reviews.
• Provide technical direction to SAP developers and mentor staff.
• Oversee SAP design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with architects to craft scalable technical architecture.
• Drive agile and DevOps practices across the project teams.
