Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a Senior SAP leader to guide development across SAP modules (EWM, FI, TM, MM). You will set standards, review designs, mentor developers, and ensure scalable, highly available solutions.

Requires 15+ years SAP experience and DoD project exposure; active clearance or clearable is preferred. Expect a leadership role driving architecture, DevOps practices, and client collaboration, with travel to customer locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years SAP application development experience.
• 7+ years hands-on SAP project experience (modules include EWM, FI, TM, MM).
• Minimum 2 full SAP lifecycle implementations.
• 3+ years Agile development process.
• Current or past DoW experience (AESIP, LMP, GCSS, GFEBs) is desired.
• Travel to customer locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Establish development standards and SDLC best practices; ensure adherence via code reviews.
• Review and guide technical designs; recommend performance improvements.
• Oversee SAP design, development, integration, testing, implementation and maintenance.
