Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to drive large SAP implementations and establish operating structures for complex programs. You will manage day-to-day delivery, build trusted client relationships with senior leadership, and align business objectives with technology solutions.

As Senior Manager, you’ll lead delivery across cross-functional teams, focus on quality and risk, and expand your leadership network within EY’s global SAP practice. Travel 40-60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year); master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant SAP module experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with SDLC, vendor management, and resource management.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.
