Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to deliver enterprise SAP programs across Consumer, Goods & Services. You will provide vision, leadership, and execution discipline to drive measurable business outcomes while managing risk, cost, quality, and stakeholders.

You will guide global delivery teams, shape transformation roadmaps, and partner with client executives to realize value from strategy through deployment and stabilization. Travel may be required (0-100%).

Qualifications

• 12+ years SAP Delivery or transformation leadership experience.
• 6+ years in leadership roles for SAP transformation programs serving Consumer, Goods & Services companies.
• Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for planning, execution, deployment, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs as the primary delivery leader.
• Define transformation strategies, program roadmaps, governance models, and value realization objectives with client executives.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across business, functional, technical, integration, data, testing, deployment, change management, and support streams.
• Drive program planning, mobilization, estimation, staffing, governance, and financial management across SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment to objectives.
