Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead on large SAP transformation programs in Finance.
• 4+ years leading SAP transformation programs across multiple industries.
• 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations (Finance & industry).
• Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50–100 people).
• Prior Consulting/Advisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s, 6+ years work exp.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior Finance execs on business challenges and SAP value.
• Lead SAP journey definitions, roadmaps, and proposals.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP and add-ons.
• Explain SAP Business AI strategy and apply AI to delivery.
• Lead large, possibly Global Delivery model, teams onsite or with Accenture.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations to advise clients.
