Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to drive large-scale SAP programs, delivering measurable business outcomes while managing risk, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

You will lead global delivery teams, partner with client executives to define strategies and governance, and drive value realization from strategy through deployment and stabilization, leveraging AI, GenAI, and analytics to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting.
• 6+ years in Leadership roles for SAP transformation programs.
• Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for planning and outcomes.
• Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources).
• 2+ years experience with SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, data migration, change management, and readiness.
• 2+ years experience managing program financials and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs, accountable for execution, quality, financials, and outcomes.
• Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies, roadmaps, governance, and value realization objectives.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams (business, functional, technical, data, testing, deployment, change management, support).
• Drive program planning, mobilization, estimation, staffing, governance, financial management, and execution across SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment to objectives and delivery commitments.
• Lead executive governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder communications with transparent reporting.
• Ensure adoption of leading SAP practices, Accenture methodologies, and governance frameworks to improve delivery outcomes.
• Guide teams through milestones from design to go-live and transition to support.
• Leverage AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve productivity and risk management.
