Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to drive high-impact, large-scale SAP programs for Consumer, Goods & Services clients. You will provide vision, leadership, and execution discipline to deliver enterprise SAP initiatives that realize measurable business outcomes while managing risk, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting experience.
Minimum of 6 years in Leadership roles for SAP transformation programs (Delivery Lead, Program Manager, Program Director, or Delivery Executive).
Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for planning, execution, deployment, and business outcomes.
Experience leading large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources) across geographies.
2+ years of experience with SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, deployment, data migration, change management, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs and be the primary delivery leader for execution, quality, and business outcomes.
Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies, roadmaps, governance models, and value realization objectives.
Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams (business, functional, technical, data, testing, deployment, change management, support).
Drive program planning, mobilization, estimation, staffing, governance, financial management, and execution across SAP S/4HANA deployments.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations; ensure alignment to objectives and delivery commitments.
Lead executive governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder communications with transparent reporting.
Ensure adoption of leading SAP practices and Accenture methodologies to improve delivery outcomes.
Guide teams through milestones from design to go-live and transition to support; drive delivery innovation using AI/GenAI and analytics.
Build trusted client relationships and act as strategic advisor on SAP transformation and business value realization.
Support account growth through delivery excellence, executive relationship development, and sales/pursuit activities.
Support sales origination, solution shaping, and business case creation for SAP transformation opportunities.
Develop delivery assets and accelerators while mentoring the next generation of SAP leaders; travel may be 0–100%.
