Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to drive large-scale SAP programs, aligning business, functional, and tech teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You will manage risk, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations while guiding global delivery organizations.

You will champion AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and value realization for Consumer, Goods & Services clients. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting experience.
• Minimum of 6 years in Leadership roles for SAP transformation programs.
• Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for planning, execution, deployment, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs, accountable for execution, quality, financial performance, and outcomes.
• Define transformation strategies, program roadmaps, governance models, and value realization objectives with client executives.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multi-functional streams.
