EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead delivery of large SAP implementations, establish operating structures, and drive successful outcomes for clients. You will build trusted relationships with senior client leadership, align business objectives with technology solutions, and guide cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle.

Qualified candidates have 10+ years of SAP experience, 5–7 years leading deployments, and proficiency in program structuring, Agile/Waterfall, and vendor

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools.
• Familiarity with SDLC, contract/vendor management, and resource management.

Responsabilidades

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
