Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations, establishing operating structures for large-scale programs and guiding day-to-day delivery to successful outcomes for clients and EY.

You will lead engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and oversee program and portfolio management, including resource planning and budgets, while embracing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP modules.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments in consumer, manufacturing, technology or industrial products sectors.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools.
• Familiarity with the system development lifecycle, contract/vendor management, and resource management.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time.
• SAP certification(s).
• Experience with at least two SAP program delivery lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Bear accountability for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
