Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations, establishing operating structures for programs to ensure successful client outcomes. This role focuses on leading engagement delivery, maintaining client relationships, and driving program success.

You will develop resource plans and budgets, manage engagement economics, and navigate hybrid and waterfall delivery approaches to meet objectives across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP modules.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments in various sectors (consumer, manufacturing, technology, industrial).
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools and understanding of finance and quality management.
• Familiarity with system development lifecycle, contract/vendor management, and resource management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel 40–60% of the time.
