Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations, establishing operating structures for large‑scale programs and ensuring day‑to‑day delivery leads to successful outcomes for our clients and EY.

You will lead engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and develop resource plans and budgets while applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with at least one SAP module.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments in relevant sectors.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methods.
• Strong skills in program and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of contract/vendor management and SDLC.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
