Job summary

EY seeks a Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations, establishing operating structures for large-scale programs and ensuring day-to-day delivery leads to successful outcomes for clients and EY.

You will lead engagement delivery, manage client relationships, develop resource plans and budgets, and apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure program objectives are met and value is delivered. This role offers a hybrid work model with significant travel requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant SAP experience across one or more modules.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments in relevant sectors.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with contract/vendor management and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Bear accountability for program/project management and objectives.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements and manage engagement economics.
