EY is looking for a Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations, establishing operating structures for large‑scale programs and ensuring day‑to‑day delivery leads to successful outcomes for our clients and EY. You will lead engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure objectives are met while shaping resource plans and budgets.

The role requires extensive SAP expertise, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to navigate Agile and Waterfall

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery.
• Proficient in program structuring and iterative delivery.
• Familiarity with lifecycle, vendor management, and resource management.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Bear accountability for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
