KARL STORZ North America is seeking a Senior SAP Analyst, Commercial to drive SAP S/4HANA commercial solutions across order-to-cash, contracts, and revenue management. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, and deliver end-to-end configurations while partnering with IT and business stakeholders in a hybrid model.

Support spans from blueprint to post-go-live, with travel up to 20% for domestic and occasional international assignments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong functional expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA commercial solutions.
• End-to-end business processes including Order-to-Cash, Contract Management, Billing, Revenue Management, Returns Processing, and Service Management.
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA SD and related commercial solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with ARM, CCM, RAR, FSCM Credit Management, and SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, developing process blueprints, and creating functional specifications.
• Proven experience delivering projects through the full solution lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong integration knowledge across FI, CO, MM, Logistics, Service, and Revenue Management processes.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies including IDocs, EDI, APIs, and SAP Cloud Integration solutions.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code and effectively collaborate with development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the functional SME for SAP commercial solutions supporting Order-to-Cash, contract management, billing, revenue management, returns, and service processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify process improvements, and develop scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, document requirements, and create functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA commercial solutions with developers and integration teams.
• Participate in all phases of project delivery including requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Support business transformation initiatives by leveraging SAP standard capabilities and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design solutions for evolving commercial and service models.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, root cause analysis, and sustainable solutions for recurring issues.
• Support integrations between SAP and other enterprise applications and external partners.
• Maintain process documentation, functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Stay current with SAP roadmaps, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
