KARL STORZ North America is seeking a Senior SAP Analyst, Commercial to lead SAP S/4HANA-based order-to-cash, billing, revenue management, and contract processes. You will partner with business stakeholders and IT to design, configure, test, and deploy scalable solutions.

Hybrid work in El Segundo CA preferred, with options for Stafford, TX or Auburn, MA offices; travel up to 20% domestically.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong functional expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA commercial solutions.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes including Order-to-Cash, Contract Management, Billing, Revenue Management, Returns Processing, and Service Management.
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and related commercial solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA capabilities such as ARM, CCM, RAR, FSCM Credit Management, and Fiori applications.
• Experience gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, developing process blueprints, and creating functional specifications.
• Proven experience delivering projects through the full solution lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong integration knowledge across SAP modules including FI, CO, MM, Logistics, Service, and Revenue Management processes.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies including IDocs, EDI, APIs, and SAP Cloud Integration solutions.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code and effectively collaborate with development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the functional SME for SAP commercial solutions covering Order-to-Cash, contract management, billing, revenue management, returns, and service processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify improvements, and develop scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, document requirements, and create functional specs and designs.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA commercial solutions with developers and integration teams.
• Participate in all project phases from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Support SAP modernization and cloud transformation initiatives using SAP best practices.
• Collaborate to design solutions for evolving commercial and service business models.
• Provide Level 2/3 production support, root-cause analysis, and sustainable fixes for recurring issues.
• Support integrations between SAP and other enterprise apps and external partners.
• Maintain process documentation, specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Stay current with SAP roadmaps and best practices to recommend improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a customer-focused environment.
