Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong functional expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA commercial solutions.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes including Order-to-Cash, Contract Management, Billing, Revenue Management, Returns Processing, and Service Management.
• Hands‑on configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and related commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional subject matter expert for SAP commercial solutions supporting Order-to-Cash, contract management, billing, revenue management, returns, and service processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify process improvements, and develop scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead business workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, document requirements, and create functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA commercial solutions while collaborating with developers and integration teams to deliver business functionality.
• Participate in all phases of project delivery including requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Support business transformation initiatives by leveraging SAP standard capabilities and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design solutions supporting evolving commercial and service business models.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues.
• Support integrations between SAP and other enterprise applications and external business partners.
• Maintain process documentation, functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Stay current with SAP product roadmaps, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused work environment.
