Zusammenfassung

Oldcastle Infrastructure, part of CRH Americas, seeks a Director of the SAP Center of Excellence to guide the functional platform strategy and governance across OTC, RTP, PTP, and PTC. You’ll lead the SAP COE and QA teams, ensure architecture integrity, and drive end-to-end delivery with key business partners.

You will shape the architecture, define standards, manage integrations, and plan releases while fostering continuous improvement and talent development across the SAP landscape.

Qualifikationen

• 15-20+ years of experience in Digital Transformation programs in manufacturing

Aufgaben

• Own SAP functional platform strategy, roadmap and governance
• Lead SAP COE architect and QA/testing teams
• Manage functional architects and analysts for HLD and FSD
• Define SAP architecture governance and integration alignment
• Own SAP QA strategy including test planning and readiness criteria
• Oversee delivery of remaining SAP deployment waves with cross-functional partners
• Ensure documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to support teams
• Govern SI and vendor delivery to CRH IPG standards and timelines
• Transition SAP ownership to mature operating model with continuous improvement
• Develop SAP talent and leadership capability across teams
