Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Architect to own the O2C and TM technical design and drive end-to-end SAP integrations across SD, pricing, billing, and cash flow processes.

You will lead architecture governance, design workshops, and partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT to deliver scalable solutions while guiding ABAP development and ensuring system stability. The role reports to IT leadership and offers impactful work within a nationwide materials business,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in a technical architect/lead role.
• Deep hands-on SAP O2C and TM expertise with ABAP-level familiarity.
• Strong ABAP skills to read, review, and understand custom code.
• Experience designing SAP integrations with POS, Salesforce, and eCommerce.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP O2C/TM architecture, data flows, and integration blueprint.
• Lead architecture governance, design decisions, and technical debt reviews.
• Plan and facilitate requirements gathering, fit-gap, and design workshops.
• Design and troubleshoot SAP SD, pricing, billing, and AR configurations.
• Architect SAP–Salesforce and SAP–eCommerce integrations with robust APIs/IDocs.
• Mentor a team of SAP O2C/TM analysts and ABAP developers.
