Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation seeks a Director, SAP Order-to-Cash Solution Architecture to lead the end-to-end SAP O2C landscape, anchoring SD, LE, and SM with broad integration to FI-AR, MM, and MDG. This architecture leadership role defines target-state design, governance, and scalable patterns across regions and brands.

You will drive the multi-year S/4HANA roadmap, build business cases, and partner with senior leadership to balance cost, risk, and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 15+ years of SAP experience, including 8+ years in architecture or senior leadership roles.
• Deep O2C expertise across SAP SD, LE, and SM, with working breadth across FI-AR, MM, WM/EWM, master data, and adjacent fulfillment processes.
• Architecture leadership on at least two full-cycle SAP implementations, including at least one S/4HANA implementation; Private Cloud Edition or on-premise experience preferred.
• Proven integration architecture experience across SAP and non-SAP platforms, including EDI, IDOC, APIs, and SAP BTP or comparable middleware.
• Proven experience governing SAP delivery in a managed services model, including setting direction, reviewing work, and holding partners accountable without performing configuration directly.
• Experience in complex, multi-entity, multi-country SAP environments, ideally including EMEA, APAC, or Latin America requirements.
• Working knowledge of SOX, revenue recognition, change management, and audit requirements as they apply to ERP.
• Demonstrated people leadership, including developing architects and functional leads across employee and partner teams.
• Strong executive communication, influence, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Envista's design authority for SAP O2C architecture across SD, LE, SM and their integration with FI-AR, MM, WM/EWM, MDG.
• Define the target-state architecture across brands and regions, balancing global standardization with country-specific requirements including tax and invoicing.
• Chair architecture review process; approve solution designs and governance of changes in line with clean-core principles.
• Own integration architecture across EDI and IDOC, APIs, SAP BTP and Integration Suite, CPQ and digital ordering platforms, and logistics connections.
• Establish architecture and governance standards for customer, material, and pricing master data, including SAP MDG.
• Translate business strategy into architecture direction and communicate trade-offs to senior leadership.
• Lead S/4HANA transformations from blueprint through hypercare, including data migration and cutover planning.
• Drive cross-brand standardization and remediation of local variations.
• Build business cases and ROI views for major architecture investments; present to leadership.
• Set design and delivery priorities for MSP and system integrators; ensure quality and delivery.
• Oversee testing strategy, UAT, release readiness, and sign-off for O2C-changing deployments.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce manual work and improve order cycle time.
