Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products seeks a senior SAP leader to own the functional platform strategy and governance across OTC, PTP, RTP, and PTC. The role leads the SAP COE architecture, QA, and delivery readiness, partnering with PMO and process teams to drive scalable, compliant ERP transformations.

The position is based in Sandy Springs, GA with a hybrid schedule, offering leadership across multi-site manufacturing environments and strong data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital transformation and ERP delivery.
• Experience leading COE/ERP delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP functional platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead SAP COE architecture, QA, and testing leadership.
• Manage delivery of SAP deployment waves from functional perspective.
• Coordinate with PMO, Data, and Process Excellence for integrated planning.
