Oldcastle Infrastructure in Sandy Springs, GA, is seeking a Director to lead the SAP Center of Excellence, driving platform strategy, governance, and delivery across OTC, PTP, RTP, and PTC. You will own the COE architecture, QA, and integration governance while guiding cross-functional teams through large-scale SAP transformations.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years in Digital Transformation programs in manufacturing.
• 7+ years of managing COE and/or ERP delivery teams.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA delivery, architecture governance, testing.
• Large-scale SAP deployments in complex manufacturing environments.
• Executive stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP functional platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead COE architecture and QA teams with standards and delivery accountability.
• Manage functional integration governance across SAP processes.
• Deliver remaining SAP deployment waves with readiness across design and testing.
• Develop SAP talent and leadership across architects, leads, and QA.
